However, there is a solution to the problem: The new workshops of the PBS are supporting you to manage more easily your study and leisure time.

Why meditation? Meditation decelerates every-day life, trains self-perception, relaxes body and mind, sharpens intuition and promotes concentration. It’s easy to learn but hard to master – the group is incredibly useful during the learning process.
Various meditation techniques - without any religious background - are introduced and practiced during this course. Everybody is welcomed, from absolute beginners to enlightened users, or those, who just want to get a whiff, as well as those, who put much hope into meditation.“Exam anxiety“

Yet, some students are less afraid than others. Why is that? What do they do differently?
If you are part of the group that tends to "catastrophize", you can learn a lot in order to deal with the fears and worries. The permanent pressure and stress to get everything under one roof can quickly lead to overloads. For example, many students describe how they have difficulty falling asleep or sleeping through the night, because they are so busy and they can not let go of their thoughts. However, it does not only play an important role in how much stress we have to deal with, but also how we evaluate this stress. The group " Cautiously during studies" aims at all students who are interested in learning different relaxation, mindfulness and imagination techniques and who want to use them. In the 7 appointments, you will have the opportunity to practice the different techniques, with the aim of counteracting both every day and study-related stress.
