April 27th | Strasbourg
Strasbourg, a beautiful city in France, is situated at the border to Germany and combines in its culture and architecture German and French influences. The former tanner's quarter "La Petite France" with picturesque half-timbered houses and the Strasbourg Cathedral with the well-known astronomical clock awaits us. Fee: 6 Euro

May 25th | Constance at the Lake Constance
The Lake Constance is affectionately known as the Europe’s inland lake. Furthermore, in the beautiful pre-alpine landscape you can visit findings from the Roman period and buildings from the Middle Ages. After the city tour we can visit our neighbours in Switzerland or take a boat ride to Meersburg. Fee: 9 Euro

June 8th | Baden-Baden in the Black Forest
At the foot of the Black Forest lies the world famous and elegant casino town of Baden-Baden.
The famous spa town is always worth a visit, as steam is steadily rising from the hot springs. In fine weather, we walk to the Hohenbaden Castle and end the day with a tour of the city. In case of rain, we will visit the Roman bath ruins (Entry 2.50 Euro). Fee: 5 Euro

July 27th | Lusoria Rhenana – Roman ship on the Rhine
We will row together on the Lusoria Rhenana, which is a replica of a Roman river warship of late antiquity and was then used on the Rhine for defence against the Teutons. We will learn how the Romans protected the Rhine from the invasion of the "barbarian tribes" about 1700 years ago. We will be guided by an experienced crew and extensively informed about history, rowing technique, shipbuilding and ancient usage. Fee: 3 Euro
