Psychologist M.Sc. – currently training to become a psychological psychotherapist (depth psychology). My CVMy journey into psychology began in Bremen in 2014. I took my time with my studies: I spent a semester abroad, became interested in studying sports in the meantime, and had to rework the topic of my master's thesis during the coronavirus pandemic. At times, this was challenging, but looking back, I can say that it was valuable for my development.
I started my career in competitive sports, a field characterized by issues such as pressure to perform, self-doubt, and questions of identity. There, I often encountered young people in transitional phases who were wondering what defined them and how their path might continue—questions that I also encounter here at the counseling center.
I worked in psychiatry for 1.5 years. There, I accompanied people with psychosis, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergent people in crisis. This time gave me important insights into the diversity of human experiences and further deepened my understanding of psychological processes.
I have been part of the team at the Psychological Counseling Center for Students since early 2025. I find the work meaningful because it creates spaces where people can express themselves and their issues—their insecurities, self-doubts, or contradictions. In my counseling, it is important to me to accompany you as you get to know yourself. I am moved by discovering new perspectives together with you and revealing individual paths.
