General information
This refurbished building is situated in the Oststadt and was rented for the first time at the beginning of the winter semester of 2004. It forms a unit with the Bernhardstraße 11 Residence Hall. There are 40 rooms in groups of four to six that are available next to the KIT South Campus. For couples, four double rooms (each with 2 rooms one behind another) are offered. Each room is equipped with a sink and kitchen, and bathroom facilities are shared by each group.
