Room reservation in the canteen on Adenauerring
The rooms are primarily allocated to student university groups and secondarily to universities themselves. The Studierendenwerk does not charge any rental fees, but there may be a charge for supervision. These costs are waived for university groups.Who can make a reservation?
- student university groups of all supervised universities
- institutes and faculties of all supervised universities
1. Organiser:
- Name of the group or institution,
- Name and contact details of the person responsible,
- Signed Usage agreement.
- Title and purpose of the event.
- Date and time (start & end).
Please note: Supervised until 10 pm at the latest,
the dining rooms can only be reserved from 4.30 pm on weekdays. - Expected number of people.
Important: For groups of 200 people or more, authorisation from the City of Karlsruhe is also required. This must be obtained on your own responsibility. We recommend a lead time of three months.

Caretaker: Can be used without support.Note: Conference system can only be used with authorisation from the Studierendenwerk.
