Every company is required to offer its customers safe and hygienically impeccable products. In this respect, consistent compliance with the relevant hygienic regulations is essential.

HYGIENE CONCEPT
Due to the current Corona Regulation, hygiene concepts are drawn up for external guests as well as for internal staff and are always adapted to the applicable hygiene regulations.

HYGIENE INSTITUTE
We work together with an accredited hygiene institute and testing laboratory to generate a continuous improvement process according to the state of the art and science.
TRAINING
By following good hygiene and manufacturing practices in combination with specific control measures, a high level of food safety is created in our facilities. All employees who come into contact with food are trained at regular intervals on the topics of food hygiene and infection control. In doing so, we take into account the valid principles according to EU Regulation (EC) No. 852 / 2004 and the instruction according to §43 of the German Infection Protection Act (IfSG). Furthermore, training courses on occupational health and safety are held at regular intervals.
CHECKING SEAL
The Ordnungs- und Bürgeramt der Lebensmittelüberwachung und Veterinärwesen (the regulatory authority and citizen centre für foodstuff inspection and veterinary affairs) of the city of Karlsruhe awards the Karlsruher Hygienesiegel to businesses that meet food law and hygiene regulations in an above-average manner.
