On various days in May, you can experience a culinary journey through Africa in the refectories of the Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe. From Madagascar (banana casserole with coconut milk) to Benin (Aziin Nusunnu au poulet fragrant rice), Gambia (vegetarian Mafé) to Senegal (Thibouyapp with beef), the gastronomic journey will take them across the African continent.
