09.10.2026A shared success that we are delighted about: The project team behind the nationwide initiative „Rettet die Knolle! – Die Studierenden essen die Kartoffeln!“ has been awarded the industry prize „GV-Team des Jahres 2026“. We are one of the 33 participating student services organisations – which means our university catering team is also part of this award!
The initiative focused on surplus potatoes as a valuable food source. Together, the participating student services organisations worked to ensure they ended up on people’s plates, thereby raising awareness of the importance of mindful food consumption.
