The Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe offers you a free service to find private accommodations.Landlords may not charge commission = agency fee for rooms offered through our agency. Should this happen anyway, please let us know.Additionally, you can find some tips and tricks in our "Tips for housing search".Please note: Students can sometimes be victims of dubious housing providers. Students are required to pay an amount in cash in advance if they want to receive the rental contract. We strongly advise not to pay the landlord – especially if it is a stranger – in order to receive the rental contract. (cf.
